Loved this one too! I just wish you could find garage sales like this one all the time. If I was selling things I no longer wanted or needed I would let them go cheap. You want rid of them anyway. Sand bags are great to have on hand. And it's great when you can get personal use stuff for free or cheap, even if you don't find much for resale.

Forget the sand bags. You are better off putting in a French drain to drain excess water in the direction you want it to go. Oh and you should get a hairdryer to dry Salsa off when she gets wet. 😉

I always loved garage sales...bought all my tools at beginning from garage sales ....wheelbarrow to every other rake, hoe and tools I needed.

Hair dryer for Salsa. You keep your house cool, and it takes warmth to dry her off. So a bit of time with a hair dryer and a comb would be a good thing for you both!
