Unfortunately, I've had the same problem. I've been thinking for some time about how I might get those plastic plugs out without damaging them, and I haven't found a good way yet. Best of luck!

Toy Replay Thanks, even with force, and after trying with sharp tools and cutting more than 1 3rd of it I never managed to remove that. I even tried heat but no use, looks like it is glued or forced in with a lot of force.

Definitely! I'm going to do a custom mod on this toy. I plan to clean up all the pieces, give them a paint job and put them back together! I'll post videos about all of it :-D

Hey, i'm about to start with the same project i have both 1995 Buzz and Woody in bad conditions (Buzz has a broken leg), i'm going to start with buzz, do you already started with that? i'd like to see that video.

Unfortunately, I do not have any extras. As stated in the video, this Buzz will be used for a custom Buzz action figure and all the parts will be put back together. As you need a number of parts, have you considered buying a second figure just for parts on eBay? If you're patient, you may find one there that is broken or missing different parts than what you're looking for and get a good deal. Good luck!
