Watch the breathing in clients. One of the clients is actually hyperventilating on this tape. Clients especially those not used to exercise need to get used to training and keeping a reasonable breathing rate.
I did notice too that they used 2 resistance band. Perhaps it does work better. I'll have to try it when I replace the one that broke and get a second one.... Anyone else realize how quickly Jill goes from cute little girl voice when she's talking to yelling and screaming like when she was having Blaine pull her? I think that's absolutely hysterical!!!

some people need that, though. it's not for everyone, but a lot of people are inspired by her. and she only acts like that in the gym. she's actually a very caring person. if she wasn't, she wouldn't be doing what she does.
i notice a lot yea haha i think i actually figured out the shoes she was wearing because if you watch her when she's on the view you can see that they are very similar to the shoes she was wearing that ep that were blurred out and it looks to me like they are nike. as for the hugs not drugs shirt i think it's hysterical. i really miss her wearing the bully shirt though. now that's classic.
I miss Jillian.. And Alison.. And I miss this 'old' version when The Biggest Loser was actually "great", when there were different team colors and the old logo on the tshirt. Now the show is just.. not the same; it's not as good as it used to be.

i noticed that she was wearing pumas too. i wear pumas a lot so i could easily tell that's what she was wearing then. is it me or is she rotating her shoes a lot more this season?

Let's say the blurred-out brand was NIKE. If NBC did NOT blurr NIKE'S brand, but showed that brand only, with no agreement set up by or with either company, then not only is such a situation a strain on any future business dealings between the two companies, but NBC will be opening themselves (AND NIKE) to an almost unlimited liability, via a number of lawsuits from a "woodwork" of competitors like REEBOK, NEW BALANCE, CONVERSE, ASICS, etc., all claiming "unfair competitive bidding practices."
I never said she didn't know what she was talking about concerning training. I just think her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Acting angry and annoyed all the time is hardly an inspiring approach to life. BTW, I could care less who 'wins.' If someone loses the weight and regains his/her health, he/she is a winner in my book.
well if someone needs anti depressants and has suicidal tendancies i think they need professional help from somewhere else..but when it comes to staying in good shape physically the mirror should be your motivation... looking good and physically attractive, its just a matter of overcoming laziness day in and day out and controlling what u put in your body...self control is a natural human ability..try it out
First of all you have to be really careful when training someone thats overweight because if something happens to them. They can get her fired & lose her title of position forever & her reputation would end.
Wow! I love how he just dragged her out of the gym like that. My mom and I tried it when I was working the other day and I pushed so hard through the resistance or she pulled too hard and the resistance band snapped! I got the bruises and rope burn like injury to prove it. Luckily Jilly didn't get her with it too. It's a good idea in theory but seems to be kinda dangerous haha Ps. Why is the brand blurred out on her shoes?? I find that strange.
@profwito I don't know how you can say "impede the progress." It obviously doesn't impede them because there loosing hundreds of pounds. What do you recommend they do, sit on there asses and eat salmon, egg whites and lettuce all day? They need both diet and exercise to obtain healthy weights. One won't work with out the other.
Its not healthy for average sized people or people that are a litte bit overweight, but the same rules dont apply to morbidly obese people. The people in this show are under constant care of medical doctors and they are loosing weight in a healthy way, so their bodies can take loosing large amounts of weight in a short period of time.
LOL... Obsessed would imply that I really cared either way. I'm just tired of hearing people gush over a person as obnoxious and self-important as Jillian. Yeah, she gets results, but there's more than one way to get there. Bob get's results with a lot less volume. I'm not a Machiavellian, so I don't believe the end always justifies the means.
Is it true that, while running naked through the halls of the Pentagon, Jillian frequently yells, "I'm getting married tomorrow! I'm getting married tomorrow!" ?
Heavier ppl are capable of losing larger amounts of body weight in shorter amounts of time because alot of their body weight is excess water. so them doing the same amount of exercise as an other wise healthier person would produce greater poundage lose. just saying

It has been said n proved by participants wjo couldnt b trained for more than 30 mins a day, like Jerry in season 6.. so when Jill says all that of if u die i dont care, etc..She already knows what shes doin n how far can she push any of ose contestanst...
Jillian is a major detraction from that show. Her attitude is repugnant. Somehow the other guy manages to get his people to lose without without engaging in the histrionics that she feels are necessary.
The funny thing is you could make those guys loose as much maybe more weight in the same time without them suffering like this and maybe make them enjoy the process, so when this trash of a show finishes they dont actually get fat again. Thats the difference between a great trainer and a shitty one.
