I can only believe he was taught how to do all this. I’m sure his own greed led him to be around those who taught him how fraud works and he ran with it.
A few years ago a high ranking FEMALE employee of NYCHA (New York City Housing Authority) who was making about $150K a year did a major remodel of her house (outside of NYC). She posted her remodeled home on Face Book several people noticed that her kitchen cabinets looked VERY similar to the cabinets NYCHA installs in the low income housing projects throughout NYC (basically particle wood). She was fired IMMEDIATLEY for STEALING those low quality cabinets. I am trying to understanding how you do a big remodel in your HOUSE and you put cabinets that are put in low income housing in your HOME and then she was out right plain stupid putting it on FB she deserved to be caught. I worked for HUD for 6 years and I can tell you this, the people who claim the care about the poor are the ones exploiting them the most for money. They are no different than your average preacher, pastor or reverend THIS is a fact.
It’s a shame nothing was done about these women being taken advantage of, but since money was involved that’s the only reason why he was partially reprimanded.
I am continuing to Add to my portfolio. As warren Buffet said "be brave when everyone else is fearful ". The stock market ALWAYS recover, so hold for long term and have the stomach for the ride 👍.

Greed comes in all races, ethnicities, cultures, and all ppl! It’s imprinted in our DNA 🧬… it comes from early man who starved a lot! So they stuffed themselves with food and carried as much food sinew, bone etc. for food, clothing, sewing needles from Bone. U do know they could carry food ,hence, the Hungary scavengers would miss their presence: making their way to the scent which only takes a few hours…or They become food.

So far I've been harassed by 2 people 1 of them was direct and the other one was just out the window but it take a bulb to be construed as direct with the amount of autism
