I can understand the frustration and the anger when someone drove your car and got tickets that you were unaware of. I can understand the frustration when you get booted on a weekend, especially a 3 day weekend, when you cannot call to have your boot removed. But getting abusive, offensive and riled up because you did not pay your tickets is borderline madness.
