My interpretation: Juice was in a relationship and the girl wanted to get more serious and gave him an ultimatum that either they move forward or break up "put your heart in the bag and nobody gets hurt" Juice was immature and broke up and went on with his life. "Running from your love" Eventually he hears she moved in and is getting married and this opens up the wound "digging up grave" He realizes that he missed out on her but the new more mature Juice would've commited. "I'm a whole different person". Juice laments that his maturity is a gift and a curse since he's better off going forward but it opens his eyes to new pains that he wouldn't be aware of otherwise. But he can't reverse it, it's too late...
