I then joined the military did two years in the hot spots in Iraq. Then ended up working at the same jail. Something needs to change in our installations

The juvenile system down Florida is mad different from Maryland yo; not so much in the way youths carry themselves, but in the way they pass out time and the way the system itself works entirely, up here youths don't get sentenced to time they get sentenced to a place shit is mad different bro.
