I think this landlord should be paying to have the gutters renewed for the upkeep of his dwelling that he is renting out as he’s making money by renting the property and should therefore have a pot of money for ongoing repairs it’s his responsibility for the maintenance of the house but that’s only my opinion the landlord may see it differently . 👍👍👍👍🇬🇧Manchester England 🇬🇧

Should have told the landlord you charged him for the gutters and he needs 2 to 3 months credit towards the rent!! It’s giving back to community. That’s the tenant that’s paying the rent no the landlord 🙏 but either way, even though the landlord is probably rich, you guys still did a good deed

This tenant missed an opportunity to gain some money. The call ensures tenant can't take credit for it and claw back rent money. So this installation is now a donation to the landlord's house renting profit making business.

The home owner is disguting "You're not going to charge, right?" He doesn't give a crap about the house. Just wants the cash from the renter without doing any repairs.

Be careful with fixing houses of slum owners. I know some of them will jack the rent up or sell the house for a better price

of course the landlord will accept the free part of it...collecting rent from these people, but wont fix the stuff wrong with the house....and his first question is are you gonna charge... wouldn't be surprised if he didn't increase the rent on them for the imrorvement or come up with some reason to make them move so he can get new tenants with a new rent price and saying hey, its got all new gutters as a selling point.....pos... did the tenants even offer a glass of damn water.. everybody just ungrateful and greedy... smdh...
