These addictions are absolutely terrifying and not just conditions that you feel sympathy for! I feel like watching this video might give people some degree of dysmorphia or some other insecurity around their body size. I know this is making me extra concerned about my diet and exercise habits (even though my habits are pretty healthy and I look fine in the mirror).
