I am going with the Haiboxing i have it also all their stuff is tuff and work great wltoys leaves a bad taste in my mouth I have had allot of bad luck with them i still have a couple but the k989 is the only one that has been decent for me

Thanks for your feedback Brent! Yeah the chassis on the HBX’s are beefy as hell! I can definitely understand why you choose it. I’ve had some (not many )bad experiences with WLtoys also.With some of their earlier stuff. More with electronics than anything else. Always great hearing from you Brent! Take care!✌🏻😊

Nice comparison between these two cars. Wltoys and HBX both make great budget r/c though if I had to choose between the two I would go with HBX as I love the upgrade options they offer.

Thanks for the shout out, Robby!! I’ve never seen that WL toys model. Looks like it could take an upgrade nicely too. The stock tires on the HBX are just too light and like you said there is just no control on the air, but when you do upgrade the HBX, you should do it how I did! You will love it! The huge tires make it extra air-controlly! Very good comparison video!! 💯💯👍🔥

Should be a good comparo. Really the two are identical undressed. The Flyhal has got oil filled shocks, which you’ll see make a pretty noticeable handling difference. Both are a guaranteed good time bro. Can’t wait to see what you think of them!

Both great bashers in their own right, I have the yellow 12402A and it’s awesome, I don’t have the hbx 2995 but the bright green Flyhal FC610 Truck i have is basically the same RC, both of these can exceed 50kph easy if you slap in a 3S lipo 😎👌🍻 Cheers for the comparison video Robby and have a great day brother

@@BangForYourBuckRc Yep I done a speed run on 3s a couple years ago on the 12402 and it was quick, bit how’s it going at full speed on a narrow road cause of those bouncy shocks though 😂 and the Flyhal worked on 3s also

Those may be the prices at the current moment. When I purchased my WLtoys, it cost about $20+ less than the 2995 from HBX. On Ali express, there are many sellers that offer many different prices. Some higher, some lower. When I bought the WLtoys it was on a flash sale with free shipping. Yes it took much longer to arrive coming direct from China. I expected that. The hHBX coming from Amazon was a No Brainer at just under $100 at the time ! Plus Amazons ultra fast shipping. They stack up well against each other size wise and performance wise. Both really fun rigs. WLTOYS, to me is the one that puts a bigger smile on my face between the 2. Still have both ,and both are awesome fun and going strong 💪🏼! Since they are fairly close in size and performance I an probably leaning towards the buggy! I like the looks of the buggy more and the longer run time is just more time for fun!

Hi there John! When I was a kid growing up in the 70s and 80s, the highlight of the month for me was when my “road and track” and “cycle World magazines would arrive in the mail! When they had “head to head “ matches and comparisons I would read that over and over again till the next magazine would appear for the following month! A yr later I know but I'd go for the haiboxing, it's stronger and even though it seems a bit smaller by desighn and a bit smaller wheels than the wltoys model it handles better and stays on its wheels on the ground and takes those first set of bumps better than the wltoys buggy with good stability 👍, and upgrading is easier for the haiboxing too as it already comes with a 3 wire set-up, besides that it also looks verry cool, but honestly they are both good and would last me a long time as I don't bash them up on big jumps n stuff like that, I'm looking to get a few rc cars again and am interested in both haiboxing and wltoys for just casualy driving around in my front yard while chilling on my portch ✌

Your Right, they are both really good. Each one makes up for where the other falls short. The hbX ‘s plastics are better than this WLtoys, this WLtoys is a bit quicker and funner to drive to me. Together they are awesome fun indeed! I really appreciate your perspective my friend . Thanks!👊🏼😎
