I can't believe after watching hundreds of your videos I'm still blown away by your abilities Dr. Rahim. This must be partly because I can now better appreciate just how skilled of an analyst and adjuster you are. Not to mention, your exceptionally attentive and caring nature which goes so, so far into helping a patient heal, in all aspects of their health. Thank you Rahim, and your patients, for sharing their journey's with us. I wish you all the very best :)
I appreciate your comment Daniel! Listen to the patient in consultation, half the answer is there. This is the 100th year anniversary celebrating Gonstead. Keep the Gonstead fire alive and Live the Legacy! Best of luck on your journey and maybe we meet one day🙏👊🏼
@@DrRahim I will do my very best to keep the light of Gonstead Chiropractic burning bright as far into the future as I can. “Your mind is like the water, my friend; when it is agitated it becomes difficult to see. But if you allow it to settle, the answer becomes clear.” - Master Oogway In it's own way, your videos and channel are like a pool of calmness amid a raging sea, allowing those who will let themselves see, find their answers. And I thank you for allowing me to find my own. I hope we meet one day. In fact, I intend to make it happen. My highest gratitude, coming all the way from little ol' New Zealand.
It’s interesting right as you talked about the patient being ready to receive the adjustment - we got to see a perfect example of the doctor and patient navigating readiness together. It might look odd for someone who hasn’t had the experience of becoming emotional during a visit like this, but when you’ve had it you know that it’s so sudden, almost like an overwhelming wave. Great video as always! Love the time stamps in the description!
TMJ issues aren't fixed that easy. it takes time to correct that. sometimes it's more tension in the muscle on side of the face or overdeveloped muscles on that side from chewing more on that side. I know I've been dealing with it for the last cpl years.
As a long time viewer and student of this channel, her adjustments (especially the tmj) have been an eye opener for me. Just goes to show you that it's not always a walk in the park, and that patience and trust between the doc/patient is key..
Not gonna Lie Dr.Rahim, i been watching you for a long, long time and the "JOY" she brought out in Crying really brought tears to my eyes i could feel her Joy as well.
When Doc hits those pressure points on knees and feet/ankles and yells WITH the patients, he gives off Goofy Uncle vibes. 😂😍 It's hard watching people cry, but it was nice to see a bit of laughter after the second jaw adjustment. Seems like she's finally letting some of her past move on, if only a bit. 👍🏽
This series is up there with Dorothy's for content and I am learning so much, thanks to both of you. So many of these issues are things in my makeup as well and (while it may seem weird) I can feel some of those releases simply through hearing your descriptions and seeing the adjustment. Probably due to a lifetime of body awareness on my part as well as your videos.😌😌
16:43 I’ve watched a few of this young lady’s videos and I’m so happy how she reacted the second tmj adjustment! She’s getting there! She’s getting better and I’m so happy for her & praying for happy healing 🤍
I see so much of me in this young lady. Her emotional pain goes very deep. I can tell by how bad her TMJ is. Wonderful job as always Dr. Rahim. I feel hope when I see you help others. Thank you. 🙏
Nice job Doc, you never know what kind of emotional response you may receive from your patients but you always handle whatever the reaction is with care and patience.
Damn man. After she gets through all of this physical healing of her body, she is also going to have to go through a whole bunch of emotional, mental and spiritual healing of her heart, mind, and soul, too. 😕 I don't know what kind of repressed traumas that she is dealing with, but she has a long road ahead in finally confronting those demons from her past, whatever they are. I wish her well.
Shes tough as nails, that one. And yet he is extremely compassionate. Wish I could visit him, I dont have a chiropracter in my vicinity and I desperately need one.
Loved this one…… actually love them all. You’re amazing Doc. If you travel to OH I can arrange a stay at a local fine hotel. Also can arrange a room for you to set up. Please consider it!! We have a few Gonstead trained practitioners here…. They could learn a lot from you!
Ohhh I have been watching you doc for 4 years and I pray to Allah in this Holy month to Inshallah Bless me to be able to visit your clinic Inshallah ya rab greetings from the NL
I always wish and hope that, here, in Japan, I could have the fortune to be treated by practitioners remotely as gifted as the good Doctor. Thus far, out of goodness only knows how many, I’ve been treated by two who began to approach his skills.
Dear dr Rahim I’ve been watching your work for well over four years I think and enjoy it very much, thank you for that! Another thing when you were saying pulse 1,2,3 were you referring to the Chinese way of taking a pulse or there is another I’m not familiar with?
My question is.. do we hold emotions and trauma in our jaws?! && I will say after watching many many other videos of people getting the TMJ adjustment and they just do it all at once.. I always thought to myself that’s nuts … she’s shown another side of that adjustment and it’s not as easy as many others have made it seem. I would not handle this very well and suffer from severe Jaw pain.
I’m just now indulging in this kind of content so sorry for a stupid question but what’s wrong with cracking your neck or fingers and things or is a thing that wouldn’t be a need if everything is set in place as it should be?
