For what it's worth from this 67 year old fan, your words and music, combined with your willingness to share your great talent, artistry, and true authenticity with the world will never be something taken for granted by me. When you’re feeling anxious, remember that you’re still you. You are not anxiety. Whenever you feel otherwise, remember that’s the anxiety talking. It's normal for you to feel that way, it's not something you have to deal with unaided, though. Shawn Mendes has postponed some shows to preserve his mental health, do the same if this continues. Thank you for sharing this with us, take care and don't cover yourself so much, you were great!!!!

Ahhhhhhhhh i fucking love these vlooogssss, they are so inspiring to me as a singer-musician!!!! As you said Liz, just take it one day at a time. Don’t overthink the future, just focus on the present day and the things you got to do then, and ofc how you’re feeling in the moment. But don’t stress right now about how you’re gonna get through the whole tour. I know, and we all know you’ll do completely fine. Stay in the present and enjoy it because nothing we live happens the same way twice.

The thought of only two people showing up for you is ridiculous. You’ll be sold out Lizzy. You are incredible and beautiful and amazing. Just be you. You are a star Lizzy. You can adsorb energy and love from your fans when you perform. It might help if you realize you’re not doing this by yourself, the people who love you are with you and behind you and want you to be happy in sharing yourself with the world. It’s going to be hard at times but that’s life. Get someone to rub or massage your lower back, it will help.

from finding lizzy on soundcloud with what are we?, i don’t know you at all and stupid demo in april of 2020 when i was literally so sad bc of quarantine and for some reason that made me go to my soundcloud phase lol but i’m genuinely so happy i stumbled upon her in my recommended even though as soon as i found those songs on soundcloud i laid in my bed just having those three songs on loop for an hour and then finally decided to get up from bed but just to look through her account and listen to indigo. but ahghhh !!! my point is, i’m genuine so so proud of lizzy and i’m so thankful i found her :))

Let me tell you, film actor, stadium comedian, university lecturer, lead dancer, you leave every bit of yourself on that stage. All these arts are like this. You'll have great shows....You'll have low shows. You'll adapt. You'll have embarrassing moments of irritablity (Don't ask me how I know...) and you'll find out why celebs act a little nuts. As a rock star friend told us, the road is the part people tell you about. The downtime is the part NO ONE tells you how to deal with. You can do this.

So sad I missed the Vancouver tour😔😔

Having a few artists in my family and as friends over the years, several of them told me about the up and down of holding concerts and touring, the one thing that several of them swore to was to not eat junk food, and keep a good diet while on tour. I know this might seem weird, but it certainly worked for more than a few of them. Regular good meal and lots of sleep and rest between each show. I don't know it this will work for you, but I know works. It's all about the emotions you pour out during the show and the energy spent while running on a high that the show gives back. That makes people crash hard and it takes work to handle it. Then of course there are those artists that swear to weird things and has to have this or that to fully relax. One artist I knew about 20 years ago, had to have a few shots of a good whiskey, good food and according to him, left the fuck alone for 12 hours after each show. Another used meditation and a third just slept, ate and rested. Point is they have to find what works for them, but all of them had also this thing about eating right to keep up their energy. So it might be worth looking into.
