Amazing video. Content like this is so hard to find. I have a Surface Headphones and I can see by opening earcup that diaphragm is dented in places thats the cause of low sound in one ear cup. However I cant get to open the driver unit like you have. Any idea how to do that without damaging the earcups? Seems like it is glued to the earcup base (I can remove the earpads easily but not the diaphragm part)

you have to remove glue 1st, then try to remove speaker carefully

use isopropyl alcohol or pcb cleaner

@@LittleBitTechInfo should i put drops on the side and let it soak in? Can the liquid seating in damage the device? How long should I leave them with alcohol inside?

Exa tly same happen to me. One screw stuck on the diapharm during opewening and plastic got bend due to thia distorted aound come when heard over head... now gentle push from corner and plastic pop up where screw makes dent on plastic ..now its all ok... god saves me my 4500 rs jbl headphone😂😂
