I hope this channel will review and demo sound the Fender Tone Master Pro product soon. In fact, I got a lot of help buying Quad Cortex through this channel.
Hi GB , i lovethe approach... bravo!. Being old, short sighted i need to see the patch Name in very big letters (like Boss GT/GX). Is this possible wirh the Core?
Is it possible to edit individual parameters of the amps and effects per scene? For example, in scene one, an amp would have a little drive, but in scene two, the same amp block now would have the drive up. Something like snapshots in the Helix family.
Every other Demo of Headrush Core shows only hi-gain sounds. The unit is supposed to be versatile, but it seems like it only does hi-gain. This video shows a little more variety.
Well, as usual, Headrush's sound emphasizes high frequencies unnecessarily and the midrange is faint. So, it sounds artificial. It works well when distorted, though.
I have a Prime (and Kemper Stage) and the cleans are gorgeous on the Prime. The Prime can deliver whatever you want depending on settings. Like rolled off highs and big bottom, it can do it. Like brighter, sparkling tones, piece of cake. It will do it all. It's every bit as good as my Kemper, both have terrific tones. Any Prime reviews you hear just means they have settings dialed in for bright, to your concern. The Prime can do it all man, a serious piece of kit.
@@jazzcat1056I still have both, and will probably sell the Kemper. I honestly feel they are a tie on tones, very largely redundant, though the interface of the Headrush stuff is light years ahead of the clunky, unintuitive layout, interface, and Rig Manager S/W of the Kemper. Honestly, I think the interface of the Kemper is pretty bad, not intuitive, but I'm spoiled by the super easy interface of the Headrush. I really don't need both. I won't sell the HR Prime, and may or not sell the Kemper. Ironically, I just picked up a used HR Core for jam dates with buddies, the Prime really big (but full featured). I had the previous gen HR board and Gigboard and the tones of this Prime/Core are definitely better, esp on overdrives. Top tones on the Kemper are great, but are as well on HR Prime/Core. For the money, Prime & Core are a total steal. I won't be selling my Prime, a permanent resident here with me. I'm Living in Los Angeles, just logged in with one if my other IDs.
