This is an excellent excellent video. Situational awareness begins before taxi, in fact before engine start. .... I have gotten used to "line up and wait" - it really is more concise than the old position and hold. Thank you - I'm reviewing all of my procedures. As another pilot has posted - this video leads to a good hard look in the mirror.

Do not use "into position and hold", instead, use into position and WAIT" so not to confuse with "into position and ROLL". 👍👍
