I came from San Fernando Pampanga, My family is in business class. We kind of know the Filipino Chinese business community. San Fernando is a big hub for Chinese businessmen. When I was young, they were heresay na, "walang Chinese ang namamatay", it was believe na same documents will pass to new Chinese coming to San Fernando city.
