Some High profile Chinese were flying to and fro via Lallo airport to reach Sta. Ana Casinos. Every Mayor/s duty is to run an effective and safe environment of their cities. The PNP, AFP. NBI, PDEA, and starting from the Bu. of Immigrations should be our first line of DEFENSE.. if any of these goverment entities are asleep on the job or fully awake trying to make money thru illegal means, must be meted out with capital punishments. Foreigners came to the country not because the head of the city let them in, the port of entry around the country is manned by BI personnel and by the coast guard watching our shores. Any slacks or suspicious dealing with these agencies constitute grave consequence for the safety of our nation. We can not start blaming LGU's and their officials of initiating such anomalies because, they came in here either legally and or illegally thru our ports.
