Thank you for your guidance and for sharing your wisdom, insight, and knowledge. Listening to your voice feels like hearing from a friend I have known forever. This médiation, my guides and my cat actually saved me tonight. I don't know what happemed...but I felt coming back to life. I was scared.... I did not feel well at all and I presse play. My cat came to sleep by my head and touched my head,connected his forehead to mine. .. I was going for a different kind of energy in my voice, and for some it is perfect, for some it is not. There will always be words that are unsuitable or triggering, I always encourage questioning why, why is it that this triggers? Why does it have a negative connotation to your mind? Why can't it be a positive outcome through this word? It is an interesting path to question one's own mind.
Feeling positively and trusting the universe and my body to heal my body and thyroid. When she said pick a song that makes you dance my brain revealed Cool Cat by Queen, which is the vibe of this meditation ❤
