I’m so happy that at the age of 12 I started studying Martial Arts. I’m 68 now. In better shape than most people younger than me. I train at least 3 times a week. Kata,Basics,Weapons,weight training,running. Had a bad knee for 10 years. Really slowed me down. From a 1🎉0% to just 50%. Got new knee in 2020. Back to 75%. Didnt realize just how weak my body got. Been a slow progress back. But happy to be training at a higher level. To move is to live. To sit is to die.
Bone Broth will resolve most knee and joint cartilage issues including bone on bone as I have discovered this. The pain says Hello! And I drink the homemade bone broth -and by the next day or before, voila no pains! When food is medicine why not start there. Toss your pharmaceutical toxins
@@Manifesting_Secret_Sketchbook I did it on my landing Sky Diving. I landed in a old corn field. I did the hurdle split. One leg forward and one behind. My foot got caught on a cornstalk. And it put me in the Hurdle Position. Something tore. And I ignored it for 15 years. It’s just got worse and worse. My right knee just bowed out over time. Due to lack of insurance and not knowing what was going on. My cartilage separated from my knee over time. And it was bowed out. I could not do Crane Stance on that knee. Well my 2 Dan Kata is Crane on a Rock. Gangaku. Plus my 1st Dan Kata is Kangku Dai. Lots of one legged stances. So had to focus on the lower body Katas like Basai Dai, Jion. But new knee and finally getting back in form. Still can’t kick for shit. But hey. Still working it.

I've been doing this for two weeks and already I can reach much further to the floor :) Also my massage therapist noted my shoulders are less tense! This is really good and I love that it's not a full workout where you are sweaty after so you can do this right before work no need to get changed :)

This is wonderful! I was a little hesitant when I saw the motions of the shoulders, but I slowed playback to 0.75% to spend extra time in those movements and avoided strain. Thank you

Thankyou for you video. I have started daily and I have move movement. Im into week 3 now. I have had Arthritis since I was 4. 42 now. Always looking for ways to keep my movement. Tai chi can be life changing. Tai chi and shoalin are like brother and sister. Both are practiced by Buddhist monks. Tai chi can give you amazing health and strength and ability to defend. It cured my broken back after 27yrs using a wheelchair ♿️, I am fully mobile again and possibly healthier than even when I was a 🪖. Enjoy your day ☯️ 🙏
This is the first time I do this practice. It was recommended to me as I can move energy. When I was finished, I cried. I am not sure what it means but I'm going to continue this because I felt good afterwards. Thank you
I hope you remember this feeling because I believe this type of practice is life saving. I waited until I was older to start, but it is still saving the life that I have left. Thank you so much for putting this on youtube for me to find 😊 It's more active than I was expecting, which is fantastic for me; I have ADHD, and mindfully keeping the body moving is actually better for me than keeping stillness, at least for the moment 😊
It's encouraging to see other people finding this helpful for the same reason I'm looking into it. I meditate at least once a day but, as I'm sure you know, there are some days when I feel like achieving the necessary stillness of mind just ain't happening. So yeah, meditation through movement... The comments are certainly validating my decision to look into this 🙂
I am an energy worker and I checked my energy level with my pendulum before and after the session. I was as big as small cup before and after a large dinner plate . I am sure everyone who practises will have the same increase in their chi. How wonderful is that,
