It's scary how effective this was. I just humored it. I was suffering from a severe cold and flu. Within the first round of the mantra, my blocked nose cleared up and the inflamed parts of my nostrils felt relieved.
When chanting this manrta my lower abdomen is pulled in by end of the mantra. Like mantra is created in such a way to empty out your lower abdomen. Thank you Guru Pashupathi.

Once you have done something bad, you will receive the fruit of what you have done from the 9 planets and universe. The planets will bring the wrong people in your life by which your karma can be nullified. In the process you will start to loose your bio magnetic energy due to sad events in your life. If you can identify the pattern as to why this happening well and good. You know what you did wrong, so you can change that or stop your wrong action first. Second anyways for the damage you have caused to others in past , your action will bring bad health,misfortune to you depending on what bad you have done in all your past. To heal yourself you can first accept your mistake ask for forgiveness. Do yoga and medition, stay in Sun and show gratitude for Sun and universe for everything, connect with Earth by walking bare foot and show gratitude and love to Mother earth, do Navagraha pooja, make friends with the five elements and the planets, pray to Shiva and Devi for grace. Be good and generous and help people in need with food and education, these things will save from your bad karma and disease.
