In Canada when I was growing up, this was a completely common farming practice. It fell out of favour for many decades, but now I see it gaining popularity once more. We have to be wise! Great video.

This is very true ...just dont use herbicide to remove the weeds after leaving the soil to heal ..i practice this ..And No dig Farming
