All matter is not correct, some things said here are to learn and grow in it, meditation word and some other exercises are wrong. Yoga and meditation is wrong guidence, instead, listen learn and grow on positive matters in reality only can make you wise human being and clearly understand to differentiate between what matters is right and what matters is wrong. Only listen the matter and work out on good one. That's all. Thank you. 🙏🙏---anna

Way off the mark. Body, open, lightweight and link up Then mind will settle, quiet, and peaceful. Then, breathing goes into natural resonance. Then , and only then the energies will flow according to meridians flow. This is handling one's qi. It will not work if one begins with breathing or mind.
