I didnt really clear what I meant the meaning is that izumi is trans cause she does not feel comfortable his gender so she he told her family and they accepted that she wanted to be an he so they called he a he or brother

Well, technically, just because someone’s gender is female doesn’t mean that they necessarily have to go by the pronouns she/her, they could also like he/him. but yes, it could have been a grammatical error that the creator of this video made.
