I have a Tektronix 317 oscilloscope I got two years ago with the intent of having a simple analog scope on which to start learning electronics repair and manufacture. It turned out to be right on the verge of needing a re-cap, which I got a Tek 465 to help with - which needed a bit of a refurb and a calibration, which I got a Tek 2336 to help out with - and now I finally want to make it work the way it deserves, since it's in excellent condition for a piece of hardware manufactured between 1960 and 1965. I know I have silicon diodes instead of selenium rectifiers, but the probe input and cal output are UHF connectors instead of BNC. It wasn't early-early, but it wasn't late-late. Someday, I'll get an accurate age on it, maybe.
