Baey Kian Heng is a consultant pediatrician and manages outpatient care at Woon Seng Tong Hospital. Chong Hao Nan, Phua You Xiao, and Ho Ren Hui encounter an emergency case. They manage to handle it with Chow Yi Ge and Khian Heng's help. Yanthy and her father, who suffered a drowning accident, are rushed to the hospital. A brain hemorrhage occurs during Dr Ong Jin Kok's brain surgery on Yanthy.
