Healing is HARD. How bad do you want it? 

You are not Mainstream because there is nothing "main" about you! You are unique, "a peculiar people", called, set apart... You are our Earthside GodIS, THE stream, LIVING WATERS! You HEAL. What the world doesn't give you the world can't take away! Your blessings are abundant and divine because YOU are have an abundant heart, and are a DIVINE being. You don't have to sell out to the world because they have nothing to offer you but captivity! You've been there, done that. Now you're free to shine your light. Good morning Erica! Thank you for sharing! You are so articulate! This particular video was on time and a reminder for me. I pray that we all continue to walk through our healing journey knowing that we ARE worthy (meaning to having worth or value; qualified, justified, good enough just as we are) and deserving of healing. It IS our birthright. We are deserving of grace, love, patience, safety, peace and so many other nurturing things that aid our well being. These are things that we deserve to give ourselves, first, and not from an external source. I like what you shared about our thoughts and our mind. What we think often becomes our reality and behavior. Taking the negative thoughts captive and replacing them with thoughts that better serve us is important. As you stated, being present is key. Instead of worrying about the future (anxiety) and dwelling on the past (depression), taking a few deep breath’s and realizing that in the present moment all is well. Erica, continue being yourself, walking in excellence and evolving! 💛✨

I so so so love your journey. I’ve been practicing self love and self care and your music has been hitting everything I’ve been fighting and going through. From thoughts, letting others go, and just trusting my intuitive side when it comes to other’s intentions in regard to me.
