I am wholly overwhelmed! This is beyond any story of perseverance I have ever seen! Not just to overcome and work at your demons and work through your past, but to HELP others find the hope needed to work through it. I 100% agree that we are mostly reactionary when it comes to mental illness, family issues, substance abuse. Why can't we be more proactive. Why can't we intervene sooner/better to promote a better sense of being across the lifespan????
What an incredible story told by an absolutely beautiful woman. Her story was recommended to watch by the instructor of a Circle of Security Facilitator training. So very, very glad and humbled to have watched it. Thank you!
I'm so moved to see your strength and willingness to inspire others to live past their past. It is amazing to see how you are touching others and getting the support from the organizations to think differently about who they serve. Thank you and keep up your work.
My 23 daughter is going through your same struggles, she been doing drugs and away from home about 2 years, she's currently in jail for a mandatory drug program, she was moved by your story and asked me to watch it to help her grow. Thank you for telling your story!
Tonier Cain you are a modern day Super hero! A beautiful individualized expression of the Almighty I AM Presence! Amazing you are Queen! Keep up the excellent work! Restoration is inevitable for you and your children, hold tight! ❤️❤️
this is amazing and inspiring. her story and power are incredible. the thing i found so very interesting was her own journey out of the pit of abuse and addiction. it really didn't share how she did it. other than to get sober, that's not the end of the journey out. it is really too bad another whole hour wasn't spent on how she did it. that's the more important story here, i believe. this film is just about the end result. how much it could help those still struggling to gain insight from what she learned while healing!
I just watched this in one of my groups at my methadone clinic. I was truly moved &; touched by this beautiful strong woman’s story, passion, &; healing. Just wow.. I’m blown away.
I saw this story live at a Confrence. It changed my life as a social worker. She said no one ever asked me, “ what happened to me”? That was so powerful..
I could speak on many things regarding the prison industry; however, Ms. Cain my sister was jailed with you. Unfortunately, she is still there. The women speak so highly of you so PLEASE keep doing what you’re doing. These ladies hear you. You give them hope.
Learned about her through my class/school and so glad I did. It's so wonderful how God keeps his children because he loves us just that much. God turned her life around for the better, as she is currently married! I love her strength to never give up and she found her purpose of self love. She is an incredible woman. God is awesome! ❤❤❤
This is an incredible story. I appreciate how Ms. Cain is speaking to all responsible parties. That’s the key. If they listen to just her story, our judicial system, mental health services, schools, foster care system, etc, can ALL be better. Her story is so many other kids’ initial story and we have a responsibility to be proactive and accountable. Great work! @Netflix, sign her up!
Quality is so low, it's blurry to the point of being unable to see anything, and can't understand a word she's saying. Even with CC turned on, it can't understand her either.
