I've watched this 7 times in the past two days. I have had severe anxiety and suicidal thoughts the last two days and I can't tell you how much your video has truly helped me. It's nice to hear things that you don't really believe about yourself(even if it's a video) and it helps me cope in a weird way. I’m sorry you’ve been feeling that way, I was once too - the way I got to a better place is by telling myself I am alive to experience timelines, emotions, and history developing while others could not. There are those who died yesterday that can’t look at the stars tonight like I am. Like you can. I know that’s weird thinking but I find it helps. I would love to see a pampering session especially for moms. this has been a hard summer, as I feel that I have such high expectations for myself & not much support. Not many people telling me they appreciate what I'm doing. I'm doing a lot of care giving, while no one is caring for me in that way. Maria, you brought to mind a memory I had all but forgotten! My grandmother used to do something similar when I was a child. She'd fill the air with fragrance and pray over me. As for the sexual abuse, sorry that wasn’t caught on camera? How often are victims recorded when they’re being abused? All we can do is listen to their stories and decide if we believe them.
