mashallah this is very beneficial. I've damaged my body so much by eating all bad foods through out my life. I have now tried to improve my diet by eating more fruits and vegetables and having islamic foods such as pomgranates, melons , dates , figs and black seed/oil and yemeni sidr honey :D and so much more! :D

I think it means, during a meal fill yourself with a bit of food and a bit of water and there is space left for more (air); so you are not eating to your fill. According to nutritionists you should drink a glass of water before a meal (preferably 30 minutes) it helps with digestion and also fills you up so you domt eat too much. Wouldn’t suggest drinking a glass right after a meal. Also chewing slowly, approx 20 bites will help you feel fuller quicker because your brain has time to process whats going in
