Because of a judge Judy I get everything in writing. Even if I have a verbal agreement with someone, I send a text message after the fact confirming.

I would have never hired her. She seems off.

It’s kind of strange to have a back issue and go into care giving. It often requires a lot of time on your feet and maybe sometimes lifting people.

I find myself ɓoth in agreement with Her, and, an appreciation for documentation. I have passed this along to my children who, unfortunately, may require legal relief in the future. Being irascible is never acceptable: being right covers many Sins. Wish Judy had Garlands job Now!

For some reason my comment didn't get posted. Weird. I've used the Care website and it's very expensive. I needed a babysitter for my son and a girl reached out. She asked for my number and I gave it to her. She then texted me and asked for my full name, which I thought was strange. I was returning to work soon and needed someone quickly, so I asked her when she'd like to come in for an interview. And then followed up she can start the same day as the interview. She never responded. A bit later I left her 3 out of 5 stars citing that she wasn't good at communicating. Weeks go by and then she blasts me on the website saying that it was very wrong of me to leave her a bad review when she never worked for me. She said that she was uncomfortable about how pushy I was wanting her to start right away (because yeah, it's not like I said that I needed someone quickly in the original posting) and that she couldn't find anything on me on social media so she wasn't sure I was who I said I was. She ended the message pretty much demanding I remove the review and that she notified the website. Instead of explaining to her that I'm a working mom in my 30s and don't have time for social media, I told her that it was unprofessional of her to have my phone number and communicate with me and then just stop. If she was uncomfortable or didn't want the job, she should've said so AFTER she established contact. I left her a review as such so any other people speaking with her will know what to expect. I didn't pay $70 for three months of the site's service just to be ghosted for a silly reason. That's when I knew this lady was going to lose as soon as she said at the end she was supposed to start on the 12th, but didn't. The employer left her a review saying she flaked and she's allowed to do that.

The defendant seems like one of those grandma’s who wants to be the “cool/hip grandma’s” that colors her hair purple, lets her grandkids & all their friends drink & party at her house & she takes in street kids or runaways & she knows all the lyrics to Eminem songs 😂
