Taking care of kids and working at the same time without support is not worth it especially when they are young. You will end up spending the money on child care. Thanks for sharing Ugo.
I think I know the video that you watched because there is a specific RU-vidr that once posted a video and she really leaned towards the notion that the money isn't enough at all! Thanks for this video
Ah 3 children below 10? Ahhhh, Not easy ooo with spouse sef, I will be hard to work and still time for the children, it’s mentally exhausting but I pray Make God make it easy for her and mine too
Here in Nigeria that a child of 13 years can even cook and take care of his or siblings, obodo oyibo life no easy oo..the agency paying £20 & £40 pounds per hour dey really pay well Great video as always
Thanks mama I look forward to your RU-vid videos every week 😍 Can I tell you a secret? Most times I just come here to watch your videos. You are doing a great job. Kudos!
This was very good tips and can be applied in any sector when you decide to come to the UK, definitely ain't no free lunch around here and definitely unless you have money saved without support prepare yourself for the struggle.
Nne you did well to explain this whole process of life in the uk with children and work which also applies everywhere. I enjoyed your explanation and your look is on point as always😄👍
Hello Mrs Ogbuanu, I always look forward to your next upload. Many thanks for the persistent effort to always keep us in the loop of important things to know. God bless you and yours. Very meaningful and straightforward video this is
You are correct ,it's going to be difficult especially if you are not with your spouse ..it's not allowed to leave an underaged alone unless na trouble person dey find .....
Hi mama My name sake but mine is spelt Ugomma Still on the application stage oo I am really praying God answers my prayer soon Can’t wait to see you in person Love and light Ugomma
Coming with kids very expensive. I say so from experience. I am a nurse and I am a single mom here with 1 child. Childcare is enough to leave you broke. Even in debt if you are not wise and try to find ways around childcare. It’s best for one to have help some way because childcare is not cheap. One have to also think about times when school is closed especially summer and you have to work. Make sure you also research the area well cause childcare cost vary and they charge per child.
@@sharonmanjengenja7180 it’s not realistic to employ a helper full time as a single person. I am coping well now. My child is not so young. Gotten easier for me.
Thank you so much ma for all the videos you display.ever since I came across you here,I have always been watching your videos and even downloaded some too .each time my sis sees me on RU-vid she will always say is it Everytime I am watching you videos even when it isn't your own cause she knows I always watch your videos.thank you so much ma.
How do you join the bank? Is that within the same company or is different company? And how much % do you pay the tax( the work tax)? Thank you for this video.
Good afternoon Ugonma, am a community health extension worker here in Nigeria. I really wish to work in d U.K. pls can u explain the step by step procedure to have that dream achieved. Thanks
Thanks again for the information I really enjoy your vlogs.l wanted to find out how possible it is to come and look for job in the UK without a sponsorship
Hi ,I am planning to be an hca in uk as well. And If my employer permits to bring my husband and 2 kids. Do you think the budget such as food and all will still be enough if we are a family of 4?
Thanks dear! Great content as always. Please I'd like to know how many years contract is a regular visa sponsored HCA? When applying, do you apply using HCA, social worker or carer? Which would be more convenient considering your privacy, living carer, nursing homes or visiting domiciliary carer? How's the placement, male carer to male service user or any gender to both ? Can you cancel your contract at any point you want & what's the implication? Thanks 😊
£20 per hour? That’s a good deal because here in kent and all don’t pay well at all even with Agencies though it’s been long I did care job so maybe it’s different now and
If you live within your means, you will definitely be fine. It may not always be easy but it is doable. Bank shifts are good too for quick money! You made so much points here!
True is really hard to take care of kids and still work without kids. I learnt something, carry better money if you are not coming with your spouse and joining the bank. But i want to ask, how you make more money just joining the bank ?
You are really sitting pretty Nne ❤ no need to paint words you CAN’T COPE alone with 3kids because you will end up spending so much or even if you rely on friends they may DISAPPOINT my take come with your partner or better still leave them at home until 13years old which is 3 years because my eyes don see something as a single lady talk more of single Mum… but Again people are DOING IT SHA ❤the once in my work place agency they make like 4000,4500 (AGENCY ooo) but we permanent staff 😂😂😂 sorry is our name…. But regardless you can SURVIVE…. I’m sha coming to your inbox for that agency oo because why not ❤ Team NIGHT SHIFT 😋 You spoke well Nne ❤❤❤
hi Ugo, I followed your tips till the end. thanks for what you do. pls what of those in domiciliary care, can they also join the bank. can a family also survive on their take home? thanks
No. Dormicillary don't do bank as domiciliary Jobs are from agencies. Is majorly care homes and hospitals do bank. Depending on how many family members you are. If is just 3, it may be enough but on a strict budget. But why would a spouse come to Abroad and not work?
I do not think this video is informative enough. Looks like you’ve only talked about the highs. What about the lows? How low can someone earn on a regular job monthly? What’s the lowest rate we can earn as HCA monthly working without extra shifts and as permanent staff? I think what you have said will only make people have high hopes and these can be quashed when they come in as permanent staff for a while. You cannot earn £20/Hr as a permanent staff HCA in the NHS. People have to have realistic expectations.
If only you listed carefully. You would have heard where I said this video is a reply to a question. Clearly you didn't pay attention to everything i said because you didn't hear when I said HCA salary is not enough for someone whose spouse isn't working and they have kids. As you missed the part where I said the minimum salary is £1600, let me remind you I never mentioned in the video a HCA earn £20 as a permanent staff in the NHS. I would advice you listen carefully and understand the context of the video before commenting. Just for the record, Everything I said in the video is practical and realistic.
