Thank you, Kieran, for sharing your very personal and heartbreaking story. I'm sure it will bring comfort to others who've experienced a similar nightmare scenario. Your voice will embolden those caregivers and loved ones to also tell their stories. I wish I'd known Liz, and I am so sorry for your loss.

So sorry you had to experience what you did. Makes my blood boil that you had to deal with all the paperwork and bills when you were under so much stress. What a screwed up system. Hugs.

That's insane and disgusting. I'm really sorry for you and your family, Kieran. One of my brothers have a cancer and he's fighting with it, but the administrative process is in his doctors hands, he only had to think about what hospital he wanted, and if he wanted the A or B type of mefical process, no much more. The people with that terrible illness and the family should be treated better, seriously.

@@jfvan78 Thank you, Judy. He is in treatment, and had a great answer to the chimiotherapy (I'm not sure if that's the word in English, sorry if I didn't write it well) so we are very happy now. It's a relief. The doctors said he going to recover, but the treatment need time.
