This is an interesting discussion about healthcare supply chain challenges in 2021. However, I am really wondering if hospital managers have an idea 'or try to have it' about the proactive management and automatic systems for managing hospitals logistics that are proposed by researchers in this field.
Currently, I work for a large system in healthcare and we're being impacted by the China shutdown and our reliability with them. Also, potentially being impacted by Europe now as well. Reallocation of fluids and items from several departments to another, with only having hopes of seeing a light in the new fiscal year.
