Discalimer-kwoowk is a professional that's why it takes him around 15 minutes to cook this dish. Don't get discouraged if it takes you an hour or so to make the same dish. You get faster eventually.
@@userjwny04 he constantly reminds his audience that he's not a chef. He's just a home cook who is sharing his knowledge. He doesn't chop or cook as fast or efficiently as a real chef. Many people just don't understand how much better at cooking you get from regular practice.
Next time run the tortilla over the flame for 10 seconds on each side, or sear it in the very hot and dry pan for 20 seconds on each side. Looks great!
I was gonna say the same, I was a little concerned by how cold that tortilla looked lol. Guaranteed would make that meal a 12 outta 10 with a nice golden brown tortilla. Maybe some smashed black beans cooked in the leftover olive oil 😫👌🏻
@@theranman0000 he has a timer for a reason, he started cutting the chicken and finished at 14:30 on the timer, and we are saying he somehow unwrapped, dried and sliced it in 30 seconds
Do you throw your open half empty can away or what? It's totally normal for smaller households to have open cans in the fridge when you don't need that much and maybe finish the rest after a week or so
@@debbieajomale3054 girl ain't nobody got time for that. if I have an open can in my fridge I'll just use it up before it has a chance to go bad, but I'm not about to move it to a different dish for no reason lol it's really not a big deal
I just threw my chicken on the ground and picked it up then cut it bam talk about good but I think there was a cigarette butt in there but oh well what can you do I’m on a budget diet and let me tell you buddy you might get a flea or two in there but it’s alright. You should try the throw on the floor method I teach people this at the restaurant I work at customers love the taste but it’s a secret. Next I’m thinking about throwing it at some one and try and aim for a sweaty individual for salt
@@thisnamewastaken413 cutting chicken, 30 seconds. cutting vegetables, 4-5 minutes at most. cooking chicken, 5 minutes or less. making the sauce, a couple minutes if rushed with the aid of a food processor. assembling, 30 seconds? and doing the dishes would take a maximum of 5 minutes. now the best thing is, you can multitask to save even more time, because that's what I end up having to do. doing dishes as you use them, prepping the vegetables as the chicken cooks and then doing clean up and sauce making while that comes together. definitely possible.
@@dearmarie784 also if you're planning on cooking chicken the next morning, or at any point in your day, just make a point to transfer the chicken from the freezer to the fridge. what I do is, take all my chicken out, slice them to my preference and put them in a marinade that I separate into batches. i take one batch/container and I put it in the fridge, and the rest go in the freezer. this incentivises me to actually make chicken before it goes bad, and I always have some ready to cook, tenderised and flavourful by default thanks to the marinade that gets plenty of time to penetrate. doesn't go bad nearly as quick as you think, as long as your fridge works fine and your containers are good.
you are so quick cutting your veggies, i fr be taking like fifteen minutes just for that, it’s like i need to have a proper conversation with them while cutting or something
You just coined a new term... "derpression" and being a derp myself at times with bouts of depression, this hit me personally and I felt a connection..lol
Honestly he says 15 minute lunches like they’re rlly quick and convenient but irl my limit is 2 minute noodles and a fried egg and if it takes any longer I’ll loose my shit
Hi KWOOK it would make my month if you could answer this comment by saying if you like pineapple on pizza or not. It's a big debate and I'm asking other youtubers too. Thanks! Goodbye!
Him : 15 minutes lunch me : 2 hours - trying to find the ingredients need to complete before I can cook 😅😅😅 my other options: boil an egg, fried hotdog
Disclaimer: if you have no idea what you’re doing in the kitchen, this WILL take longer than 15 minutes. If you’ve been learning to cook for even a month at this point, this will take 15 minutes, likely including clean up. Remember, no one starts a new skill as a master.
