Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 200 gm
Himalayan Pink Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Olive oil - 4 Tsp
Onion - 1/2
Green Chilli - 3
Manchurian sauce - 1/2 cup
Preparation:
Clean and cut the cauliflower into pieces and add to a mixing bowl. Now add Himalayan pink salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and olive oil, then mix well and add to a airfryer tray.
Airfry!
Time : 10 Minutes
Temperature : 350 °F
Now in a sauce pan add olive oil along with onion and green chilli choppings. Saute till the onion turns golden brown and add air-fried cauliflower, saute well. Now add Manchurian sauce and cook for 2 minutes and serve it hot! It goes well with rice or Roti and serves as a sidedish or as a snack!
