I try to get up at 6:00am, but am up by 6:30 at the latest. One of my key non-negotiables in my AM routine is filling my bird feeders. It makes me get outside in the fresh air, walk around my yard, lug around 5 pound containers of feed, and my feathered and furry friends bring me so much joy. It takes me about 10 minutes (I have a lot of feeders all over my property). This is the one activity that really perks me up and brightens my day. I do this within 30 minutes of waking up, no more. Then, I can workout 😂

Your skin looks amazing! It is a testament to your healing and wellness journey that starts from within! Best of luck on the 10k! You got this! And I’m a snoozer - I’ve been working on it by putting my phone away from my bed to force me to get up and stop the alarm. I still find myself from time to time just stopping the alarm, bring it to the bed side table and get back in bed because it feels too cozy lol but I’ll get up begrudgingly before the second alarm goes off lol

Re: Snoozing & feeling exhausted: There is a reason behind that. It's because you've started another sleep cycle. So, yeah, absolutely a scientific reason for that ⭐️
