I tried fried plantains for the first time about 6 months ago, I was so ashamed of myself for missing out lol. Thank you so much for sharing, I'll going to try this. Have a wonderful day!
I've looked at a few videos to learn how to make baked plantain chips and this looks like the easiest one. I'm looking forward to trying this out since I LOVE plantain chips and prefer this healthier version.

I love eating plantain chips. I must admit that I have only tried the fried version till now. But now I am surely going to try this baked version. More healthy and looks delicious. Would add some paprika to give it that extra punch for me. Thanks for this healthy recipe!
The chips came out really good. I will prefer the baking method to frying as it contains less oil. Am gonna try this method out because I always fry mine. Thanks for sharing 👌

At least I have found where I can order Plantain chips instead of gong to Trader Joe’s to buy this healthy chips. You did an excellent job in making this roasted chips. Keep the ball rolling.
Plantain chips is one of the things I miss from naija, I love this method not a huge fan of fried food, I will surely give this a try... Nice video sis
I got tired of olive oil letting baked foods stick, so nowadays I use butter for savory dishes, as well as to grease cake and bread pans -- for almost no sticking. Did so to make plantain chips also!
It shocked me when you use unripe plantain 😂 since in here, unripe bananas are only used for savoury food. Or else, it wont be good at all. And usually it would be bitter and numb.
This is not how the plantains turn out - I tried and it was not even close - then I checked the video there was one chunky piece that is nowhere to be seen in your cooked plantain - I figured these were store-bought - plus FYI the yellow comes either through color or through turmeric
