Ingredients and Measurements
To grind
Coconut 1 cup
Roasted gram 1 tbsp
Cashew 6 to 7 ct
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Ginger 2 inch
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Green chilli 4 ct
Fennel powder or seed 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp or as per your taste
Spices and Vegetables
Cinnamon 2 inch
Kalpasi/ black stone flower 2 ct
Star Anise 1 ct
Cardamom 4 ct
Bay leaves 3 ct
Cloves 5 ct
Curry leaves few
Onion 1 ct medium
Potato 1 ct
Beans 200 grams
Green peas 100 grams
Carrots 100 grams
Salt 1 tbsp or as per you taste
Tomato 2 ct
Water as required
Coconut milk thick 1 cup
Coriander chopped few
