*Healthy Cottage Cheese Pizza Recipe | Low-Calorie & High-Protein*
Welcome back to my channel! Today, I'm sharing a delicious and healthy Cottage Cheese Pizza recipe that's low in calories and high in protein. This light and tasty pizza is perfect for a quick meal that's both satisfying and nutritious.
*Ingredients:*
*For the Base:*
- 250 g Light Cottage Cheese
- 2 Eggs (Size S, 90g)
- 60 g Light Grated Cheese
- Herb Salt, Knobilicious*
- Oil Spray*
*For the Toppings:*
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- 2 Mushrooms
- 10 g Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt, Pepper, Paprika Powder
- Fresh Herbs
- 1/2 Garlic Clove
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Garlic Light*
*Nutritional Information (per 1/4 pizza):*
- 164 kcal
- 6 g carbs
- 14.9 g protein
- 8.5 g fat
*Instructions:*
1. Mix the ingredients for the base together.
2. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 25-30 minutes. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
4. Prepare the toppings by slicing the vegetables and mixing them with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika powder, fresh herbs, and minced garlic.
5. Once the base is baked, add the toppings and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and Balsamic Garlic Light*.
6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the toppings are cooked to your liking.
