little tip for the coconut milk ice: put the cans in the fridge upside down beforehand, water will then sink to the top of the can , fat will rest at the bottom. then just open the can poor away liquid and you got only fat left ✨
what I usually do is mix cashews and dates for the base with some oats, then I blend soaked cashews with coconut milk, sweetener and whatever flavourings I want, place it on top and refrigerate it for a few hours. It usually comes out really creamy and sweet
Best vegan cheesecake is the New York style cheesecake from avantgardevegan ! It’s not a “healthy” recipe but it’s the best for sure, even better than “real” cheesecake imo. I’ve tried healthier versions with cashews etc and unfortunately didn’t do it for me, those are definitely healthier though
i think it's totally ok to say some recipes are more nutritious than others and nix the "clean" term entirely! i also have issues with my terminology when it comes to describing food but no food is unclean and more like building blocks to your mood/energy etc. just some blocks might be smol compared to others :') in any case, thank you for all these recipes!!! im always so inspired by what you create and it helps with making my meals never go stale!!
I make a mix between the Raffello ice cream and the overnight oats: Bounty overnight oats. Oats, chia seeds, coconut soy yogurt, agaves no dairy milk, dry coconut and once it's cold enough, dark chocolate on top (or cocoa powder when I'm lazy 😜 Great video, super lecker Ideas 😍
These look delish! Just fyi (as you mentioned leaving the rice out overnight), you really shouldn't keep rice (and pasta) in room temp for more than a few hours due to Bacillus cereus bacteria. You can get really food poisoned!

I baked that chocolate cake yesterday evening (and it calmed all my anxiety btw) and even though I didn’t have all the ingredients and had to improvise a little it turned out absolutely delicious and today it truly felt like I ate dessert for breakfast!😍🍰 it has a really particular taste that i don’t think everyone would like but for me who isn’t used to eating very sweet desserts this was perfect, but my mom who tasted it said “oh, you forgot the sugar?” when I hadn’t😂💗

i’ve been been vegan over a year and really wanted some actually good buttery chocolatey chocolate chip cookies! finally found this recipe and i’ve made them many times my whole non vegan family loves them to! it’s: 1/2 cup vegan butter softened 1 cup light brown sugar packed 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 plant milk 2 tsp vanilla 1&3/4 cup flour 1tsp baking soda pinch of salt 1 cup vegan chocolate chips!(these can be found at walmart or whatever, they’re the “healthier” choc chips made without milk) when you make the batter keep it in the fridge at least 30 minutes 350 10/15 minutes enjoy 🖤

heyy mina, just wanna let you know that the chocolate coffee cake is realllllllllly good! i made it for my mom's birthday a few days ago and made some not-so-significant changes (replaced spelt flour with oat flour, applesauce with egg and i added some whipped cream to the frosting) (not vegan btw) and it turned out great! i'm still having leftovers for breakfast and i'm not even that much of a dessert person in the morning! great recipe and thanks for sharing

I made these really healthy breakfast muffin with powdered pumpkin seeds, powdered muesli, mashed banana and baking soda. No other sweetner required, just the sugar from banana and muesli is enough. You can add a splash of milk if the mixture is too dry.

You gotta try making coconut condensed milk! Coconut milk + brown sugar + a bit of salt and simmer until thickened. It’s sososo good and fits everything, from oats to coffee
