A tasty instant mustard curry for meal is presented in today's video. This is made by using farm fresh organically grown red Amaranthus leaves. The leaves collected should be cleaned thoroughly and cooked by adding little water & salt to taste. Grind grated coconut by adding mustard seeds and add into cooked leaves when it is completely cooled. Finally add thick sourless curd. The mustard curry is ready. Very tasty, and healthy because Amaranthus leaves are rich in iron and vitamin A.

Dry red chilli 2
Jaggery 1piece
Curd 1cup
