30 years back in Rayalaseema, korralu,arikalu and jowar are mainly eatable items. At that time we have no rice.we eat rice, when ever our health is not good. Some people hated us by seeing the good. Now, every body eating Rayalaseema food for good health. I proud of Rayalaseema.

Its not just Rayalseema ...its used to be stable food in old days ...i think as conspirancy created rice become stable food which high carbohydrates ...i think delibrately made us hate millets ...now we r glad we r realising ...believe it or not we never bought rice bag for past 2 yrs especially polished rice ...in our relatives rice distributed among selves ..we make rice only little now a days
It's good..but cross check the facts as we cannot combine more than two slow digestion grains. Even if we combine one should be easily digestible and other slowly. Easy way to health is sticking to home food.Nonetheless really appreciate the quality and knowledge the vendor has👍
We do kora dosa also, ragi dosa, every thing for our health only, better to eat home food, they doing good , but support your mother food, eat family food 👌👌

I don't kno whether u kno r not kno in dis idli 3 items r mixing korralu, raagi & jonnalu dis 3 r hard to digest pl understand if u take each item separately then it is more good than dis three I hope u understand ok.
