I love self-improvement and productivity tips, tricks and help guides and it's funny how in the last two weeks I've read two incredible books on those topics: one of them about morning routines, and the other one about habits. And now you make this video! In case you haven't read them yet, I highly recommend picking up The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod and The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. Both incredibly inspirational, motivational and absolutely life-changing. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

what i do in the morning is wake up, wash up for prayer (a process we call wudu), pray, i do my adkar ( read some prayers), warm up some water add some pure honey it then i drink it(usually drink more than one cup) then i just go online for 40 min or so then i have my breakfast (hssoua soup, Moroccan mint tea, bread dipped in olive oil what i have on most days)
love all these habits :) I know what you mean it can be hard to do everything you want to get done every morning but I think even doing just 2 of these makes a difference.

I started using an antioxidant serum/sunscreen by La Roche Posay a little over a month ago, and it's fantastic! I have oily skin, and it does leave a little bit of a sheen, but if you give it a minute and rub it in again it sinks the rest of the way in.

i run for 30 mins with my dog :) Ayesha Irfan Caren Collins and 3 times a week i go gym in the morning do weight and hiit training and always cardio at the end !

Wow, I wish my skin looked as beautiful and healthy as yours! Ever since I had my son 6 months ago my skin seems to hate me and everything that used to work before doesn't anymore.
I don't know any advices for the skin, but for the hair loss you might want to try Indian colorless henna or amla powder to make it stronger, healthier :) I also love to wash my hair with this dyi shampoo: chickpea flour which washes a lot, cornstarch which prevents the chickpea flour to dry too much your hair, aloe gel and some brown sugar that helps hydrating, then rinse and if you want, make an extra rinse with white vinegar and cold water. Your hair will thank you 😍
Great tips! How do you make your mornings seem so relaxing? My son is about your sons age and he's up at 7am every morning so by the time I'm done with all the chores and cooking/feeding everyone, it's 11pm. I would love to see you do a video on some of your tips on how to manage a busy life. TIA.
1. I've never heard anybody say "fix your bed". I've always said and heard "make your bed" lol! 2. Your skin looks perfect! 3. I have that same exact bike! Does you handle bar or seat loosen when you use it? It does on mine :( 4. Awesome video as always!! Your videos always relax me :)
This year, I started doing just one or two sun salutations right when I get up before I go to the bathroom. They stretch everything out and make me feel less sluggish and more productive and motivated!
Some habits I'm trying to keep up with at the moment are waking up earlier, and drinking more water. I don't like water as well so I always put lemons are strawberries in mine so it makes it easier for me to drink!
I Love these healthy habits! I used to do all of these except the face washing. My bedding I do once a week as well. The lemon water I add a 1/2 of cyanne pepper and drink on an empty stomach just before my 30 min exercise. it helps speed my slow metabolism. Breakfast is my shake or green tea, or 1/2 caff. coffee. I ALWAYS add 2 scoops of Beneprotein (6g each) to my coffee or tea along with 1tsp of coconut oil, tsp of tumeric, pepper (helps with the uptake of the tumeric), and ginger (only in the tea), and another 1/2tsp of cyanne (only in the coffee).
I absolutely love watching your videos. They always inspire me to keep up with my daily routines because sometimes I become to busy or lazy. You make washing your face seem so fun! :)

I do try to drink Lemon, Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar water every morning, but the first thing I have is a lot of water, when I wake up I'm so thirsty. I like the idea of looking for a sunscreen that has a serum texture. thanks for sharing!
My morning routine usually consists getting up late, getting dressed up in a hurry, and finally running off to the bus-station so I don't miss the bus... I am totally going to try that La Roche sunscreen, been on the hunt, thank you! If you place your pillows in the deep freeze for twelve hours it will kill everything. Watch closely your water when filling your bottle (adding an intention to it is always a good idea too) it is made up of crystals and is so beautiful, we are all made up of these crystals, it's like drinking diamonds xo

My problem is I find it's boring. What can I do to make it fun? Also, I would like to give you a tip. I recommend putting a spoon of honey into your lemon water. It gives you energy and it gives the water a better taste. Finally, I know that you like tea (I watch all your videos). Here, in Jordan, we use sage in our tea if you have a bad stomach ache. I find that for myself eating fruit in the morning is always the best for me. I have digestion issues and sometimes eating breakfast is the hardest for me, it will make me feel sick. Something light like a bowl of fruit and a muffin is great :)
