🌿 Ingredients for Palak Paneer:
Fresh spinach leaves
Paneer (cottage cheese)
Organic spices and herbs
Garlic, ginger, and green chilies
Tomatoes and onions
🍞 Ingredients for Besan Ki Roti:
Chickpea flour (besan)
Whole wheat flour
Fresh herbs and spices
Olive oil or ghee
👩🍳 Instructions:
Prepare the fresh spinach puree and sauté with aromatic spices.
Cook the paneer cubes until golden and mix with the spinach gravy.
Knead the besan and whole wheat flour dough with herbs and roll out to make rotis.
Cook the rotis on a hot griddle until golden brown.
