Video transcription: Heat 3 tbsp olive oil, stir fry 5 onions; meanwhile, break canned tuna into small bite-sized chunks. Add 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, mix for 2 min. Add 1/4 tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili powerder, 1 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp red chili flakes & kenugreek seeds, 3 tomatos, 1/2 tbsp salt. Simmer for 5 min. Add cilantro, green chilis, and tuna. Simmer for 2 min.
