All y'all needed for your smoothie is what ever kind of frozen fruits you like use a lot of that and almond milk that's all you need you can put a lil sugar lol the frozen fruits acts as ice you don't put actual ice lol

Tell ken no sugar is supposed to go in a smoothie, it has it s own natural sweetener from the fruits you put in 😂😂😂😂❤ , qui try the olive garden there salads are the bomb you would love it I promise, also the hot bread sticks . Also go to smart n final they have delicious real fruit with seeds . I enjoyed you guys tonite God bless y'all

Good morning Que and Ken. I'm glad that y'all are trying some new things. Remember when you have children start early having your baby try everything so that they aren't such a picky eater. There may be 1 or 2 things they won't eat but then as they get older reintroduce them to it. And as you age your tastebuds matures.
