I love when you show the ultrasounds. It is so amazing and beautiful to watch a new life being made. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING such private moments. My first thought was a boy when I saw the babe. You both make such adorable, cute and smart children. If you go back and watch, even when Micah was younger, she was taking everything in. She watches you both like a hawk. Sending HUGS! Jess, you look beautiful. Austin you will get things in order in time and then you will be able to relax and enjoy everything. To get out in time tell him the appointment is 40 min earlier i my in-laws are always late to and it drove me crazy until i learned tell them always 40 min to an hour earlier then it was

It's definitely a boy I'd say. In the beginning of the ultrasound I'm almost positive you could see the male anatomy. Either way boy or girl we all just want a happy and healthy baby for you guys. Lots of love from Michigan ❤️

At this stage both male and female fetuses have that. By 17 weeks it'll be more definitive. If you choose to use the "dangle" of the anatomy at this stage, then it's important to look at the angle. If it's angled 45 degrees it's probably a boy. If it's angled parallel to the body then it's probably a girl. My sources: lots of pregnancies (birthed 8 live children) and lots of research over the years lol

@@SawyerSeville I haven't had 8 but I've had 4 and I do get what you're saying. I've rewatched the part I'm talking about over and over and yes at this stage it's very difficult and maybe it's wishful thinking but I showed my stepmom who is a neonatal specialist and she said also to early but appears male. Obviously no way of knowing but wouldn't that be so neat.

17 weeks and realized I've been feeling baby movements! They're so small it's easy to confused them with gas bubbles but gas moves around and these little nudges are always in the same area below my belly button. This is my first pregnancy and I am SO excited! I could spend all day just feeling those tiny movements. I have technically been feeling them since last week but they were less frequent last week. It is definitely happening more often now, which is how I was finally able to identify them as baby movements!

I laughed when he said a monster baby, like a 12lb baby" and she said "that would break me" 😆😆 My last baby (she's now 2 1/2) was 12 pounds even at birth. Home birth unassisted, birth was only 1.5 hours with her. 😃 Our bodies are incredible what they can handle.

Surprisingly my 10.5lb baby out of 5 was the easiest!! His labor was 1 hr. and came out in 2 pushes, it was crazy painful to push but it was just sge two times and he was out and well, also I did not tear!! He is turning 7 this year!!

I felt my son’s flutters from 11 weeks then moving and kicking daily from 13 weeks. I was sitting at work and some was filling out paperwork next to me, and I jumped because he kicked so hard. I was 15 weeks at the time. He was such an active baby and it still hasn’t stopped. He’s 7 now.

Congratulations on hearing the heartbeat! I cried seeing it. I will be 9 weeks on Monday 8/29. We get to see and hear baby 2 weeks after that. It’s exciting. You guys are funny waiting for the doctor. Haha. Do you have trouble sleeping at all? That has been my issue since I was about 5 weeks along. Just wanna make sure I’m not alone. Jess I think you look great. I know Austin is joking but I feel bad for Jess. I showed early with my 2nd and like Jess, I was all belly and I got teased often about how "huge" i was and i just recall how that made me feel when i already was uncomfortable having a big belly. Again, I know him and others are just teasing but it makes me sad. I love watching your little family and I cant wait to see the little nugget. Micah is such a sweet little helper and I I think Paige will be too.
