You heard your baby's first heart beat on june 27 and I heard for the first time my baby crying (he was born on that day) ☺️ i'm so happy for you!!! ❤️

I was 30 weeks pregnant and got kidney stones, I thought it was labor but luckily it wasn’t! They kept me overnight in the hospital and gave me pain medicine and tons of fluids. I passed them and went home! When I started having contractions it felt a lot like the cramps I had with the kidney stones lol! Don’t worry too much about kidney stones it’ll be able to pass!

Y’all I work at smoothie king!!! I recommend the Vegan Mango Kale but warning there are almonds in it. You can always order something and sub out stuff for other stuff in the same categories, such as fruits for fruits/veggies, juices for juices, milks for milks, or yogurts for yogurts.

You guys gonna be amazing parents I can’t wait !
