Davin Gladwell I actually ended up having an exam (I’m in nursing school so I couldn’t miss it) so I couldn’t make it to the Tacoma dome! I did go to Ridgefield of course and it was absolutely incredible-very full and they said it was the most people they’ve EVER had at the sunlight supply. Favorite concert of all time. They sounded amazing and I caught a pick!
@@TheRin02Kagamine i saw heart in ridgefield/vancouver in 2013 and was told there were about 4,000-5,000 people there. i am wondering how many came out this year as other venues have been packed. one report said the show in akron ohio had 20,000 fans.
i saw heart in pittsburgh pa this year. the concert employees said they were told 10,000 were showing up but "more..far more" than that were actually there. maybe over 11,000 fans it looked like their bad animals days.
I don't understand why they are playing this slow version of the song and have done that for many years now? The flow of the melody is gone and it's much harder to sing it in this tempo and don't suit the song. I love the original and sometimes you just have to stick to the original. Alone is a medium tempo ballad and can't be played to slow or to fast, without ruining the core of the song.
I don't understand why Heart doesn't tune down the song to a key that Ann can sing. Her voice can't hit the notes it once could, and she's croaking a lot here. Just tune the song down a step or two! It's okay to admit you're human, Ann, and aging happens to all of us!
She can hit them but it’s just an at the apex thing. I agree she can’t hit it and like ring it like a bell. For me I like hearing her hit it (and I extend it in my head). But I see what you’re saying dude. That makes sense too
@@ComeOnGe But she had to drastically change the melody in the bridge section just to reach that F5, and the 'new melody' was unimpressive. How much better it would be if they just tuned down the whole song merely by a half-step so she could sing the original melody, and the top note would be F5. Nobody in the audience would notice the detuning, but it would overall sound better.
