Bekruz Hamzaev sizga katta rahmat. Alloh hamisha oz panohida asrasin. Being an Uzbek and living abroad for so many years i never felt so proud as I am now. Great work Sonny and Bekruz. Each episode we watched many times. At times I cried, I laughed and realized how dearly i missed my village. Someday I am going back. Would love to meet u guys in person. Bek yana bir bor katta rahmat. Nasib qilsa hudo hohlasa yahshi kunlarda korishaylik. Assalomu alaykum- Peace>>>
the first time i met uzbekistani people is when i attended a forest science summer school last year in Riga, Latvia. They are nice guys but they seem a bit shy lol
your collab with this guy is simply the best. of all the people you ate with, he's the only one who doesn't feel too much or too little. just the right mix.
I am so proud of my country.. Extremely adorable and wonderful video.Thank you guys such an incredible tour to Uzbekistan...You are the best!!! 😻😻🇺🇿🇺🇿🇺🇿
Me too! I like him. So cute when he smiles. And he was able to prank Sonny (that donkey race). And he was so cute when he slipped into a food coma in front of the camera hahah.
@@abhishekdeshmukh2529 and so are u how would u know if u weren't everywhere as well I was going to say the same thing I think u mean she's on every channel that ur all so on we all have the same taste & interest I see nice seeing y'all here....
@@olkeriilremengesau5461 fried in India Pak too but made in tandur in Afghanistan.Healthier in tandur so it's a newer trend for health conscious in South Asia now.
@@sarm9790 I've noticed in general middle-eastern food is healthier than South Asian food, largely due to items being baked rather than fried. Even South Asian vegetarian food can be very unhealthy. No shortage of oils or ghee in curries and breads. It's part of reason I dislike visiting family in Tamil Nadu. I eat everything, but my fam is almost entirely vegetarian. The food is good, but you can get sick of it really quickly eating it every day, and there's never enough protein or iron. I dislike lentils and chick peas, which are the main source of protein in most dishes. On top of all of that, it's fatty.
@@nahor88 that's because, growing up in the West, you've become accustomed much to minimal Western cuisine and feel overwhelmed by traditional Indian cuisine which is what locals can eat daily. So I don't blame you..
@@CarolMarianaa we visited the 5 Stan's, with Uzbekistan attracts the most tourists about 3.5M a year mostly Europeans. It also has a "Fast" train from Tashkent to Samarkan. Turkmenistan has the least tourists with 20K only BUT you have to visit the capital Ashgarbet, it's beyond your wildest imagination, just watch RU-vid on it
BEFRS is literally pushing its limits. It keeps getting better and better on travel and cultural fronts as well. Plus you always manage to get super decent co-hosts everywhere you go. Sonny you are making us proud!
Omg I am from Uzbekistan thank you so much for going to my home Uzbekistan one of the best historical country in the world but you didn’t go to my city my city called Bukhara it is one of the historical and so so so beautiful.Respect. I hope you will go to the Bhukhara next time when you going to go to Uzbekistan 🇺🇿
Im absolutely obsessed with Samarkand , lovely people , extraordinary bread and food Similar hospitality that we have in Tehran Can’t wait to travel to Uzbekistan + man sonny side and his wonderful team are bringing us one step closer to world peace and cross cultural developments So hats of to you and your team man
I absolutely love the way BEFRS is produced. Great filmography, editing and happy music, that complaments Sonny's wonderful personality. This is my favourite world food tour channel. Have looked at countless episodes. Thoroughly enjoyed the Uzbekistan series. Bekruz my friend, you are amazing ambassador for your country. Excellent job
I like that's Sonny's ego isn't afraid to allow his guides to contribute. Bekruz really seems to be at ease with Sonny and his personality comes through. I like Mark Wiens but he has to be in control of the presentation often ignoring or reciting over his guests.
@aurora chak yes but the real meaning is that it god will in north africa they use the term mashaa Allah to avoid bad eyes too but its beter to say Allahuma Barik .
I love the crunch from samosa. I hope I can visit Uzbekistan. I haven't heard or know much of this country so this video is awesome for featuring Uzbek. Love from the 🇵🇭
Handmade artesian " Foods" are expressions of universal love when made by passionate people all over the world who strive to bring happiness to their family and to their diners! The spit fired Lamb looked incredible, the awesome tandoori 80 layer pasty, and the Plaf with stuffed quail was A M A Z ING! Good job chefs, you are just awesome!
This episode just made me feel good. Simple as that. Cool that you had the whole crew in the end. Working my way through all the episodes, but still have a way to go, lol.
Asalam o alaikum to my brothers and sisters from Uzbekistan. Alot and alot of love for you all.. You got the best your guide. Fantastic guy.. Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰

Viva Uzbekistan - a country with an outstanding cuisine of great meats and juicy fruits and vegetables. I just love the cuisine of that country. I wish to visit Uzbekistan one day to explore its fantastic cuisine.

Sonny, I'm genuinely happy for all the success u've had since u started this channel, I've watched u grow and I've been a part it all the way. Wish u much more success and hope to see u someday signing a big contract with Travel channels. Cheers!!!!!
Uzbekistan is one of the oldest country in central asia with 2000-3000 years history. Kelnx if you're an Arab then you should know what is the meaning of Markaz al mareefa and madaniya and Damascus was an end of great silk road so it means samosa, other things will me similar to each other. Even our culture especially with As-Swaida
@@faridabahtiyorova6793 I am not an Arab. I was referring to another RU-vidr Alec Steele who is a blacksmith and likes to make things from Damascus Steel, which is a type of steel made from sometimes hundreds of layers of folded steel. It makes an interesting pattern when it is etched with acid. I was comparing the samosa here to that type of steel because of the many layers. I don't know much about Uzbekistan but I would love to hear more about it.
